Shorter path to the customer. Greater share of the value created.

DCC is building a global sales platform that brings cashmere producers closer to end customers. By shortening the path to market, producers can retain more value while DCC creates scalable commercial opportunities for owners and partners.

Through brand, technology, sales and distribution, we have developed a business model with significant potential for profitable growth and long-term value creation.

Would you like to help take DCC forward – and share in the value we create?

For those who want to know more

Why was DCC established?

DCC is built on many years of practical experience working with Mongolian producers, physical retail, pop-up stores, marketing, and digital cashmere sales. This experience has revealed both the weaknesses of the traditional wholesale model and the challenges associated with uncoordinated direct-to-consumer sales. When a producer sells directly to the end customer without a clearly defined collaboration model, channel conflicts can arise, weakening the profitability of those who have built the market. DCC was created to bring producers closer to the end customer through a shared commercial platform that enables producers, partners, and DCC to participate in long-term value creation.

CashmereHouse.com is DCC’s commercial engine and economic driving force. CashmereCluster.com presents and develops the collaboration model, network, and ecosystem, while CashmereHouse.com connects producers, designers, and partners with the market and end customers. Through sales, marketing, customer data, the standard newsletter, and the Cashmere Lovers Founders’ Club, CashmereHouse.com will generate revenue, build customer relationships, and provide market insights that contribute to the development of the entire DCC ecosystem. The newsletter provides broad access for customers and interested parties, while the Founders’ Club offers a closer membership community with its own benefits. CashmereCluster.com builds the ecosystem. CashmereHouse.com creates the commercial activity.

CashmereHouse.com will serve as DCC’s commercial engine and generate revenue through the sale of cashmere products to end customers. DCC will control the customer journey, marketing, customer data, and a larger share of the margin between producer and market. Over time, the model may be expanded to include private-label products, exclusive collections, strategic partnerships, and selected commercial services. Cooperation with producers that hold part of the inventory may also reduce capital requirements and make growth more scalable. The objective is to build a profitable business with its own customer relationships, repeat sales, and international growth potential.

DCC will work with several producers and develop a differentiated product range comprising private-label products, exclusive products, and clearly defined commercial roles. This reduces dependence on any single factory or brand. The platform will give producers access to the market without requiring them to build the entire international sales, marketing, and customer-service operation themselves. At the same time, DCC will protect its own customer journey, market expertise, and commercial position. The objective is to create a model in which producers, the platform, and strategic partners have aligned interests.

A 60% founder-controlled shareholding is intended to safeguard DCC’s long-term direction, continuity, and founding principles, while allowing up to 40% of the ownership to be opened to investors and strategic partners that contribute capital, expertise, networks, and market access.

The founder currently controls 99.33% of the shares in Cashmere House Limited. The long- term ambition is to develop DCC into a global ecosystem with a controlled and balanced ownership structure. This is also one of the reasons the company was established in Ireland. The objective is for the founder, or a founder-owned company, to retain 60% of the ownership, while the remaining ownership interests may over time be allocated among a fund or SPV, a strategic participant in the fashion and luxury industry, and selected strategic partners. The board should ultimately reflect DCC’s international character and include expertise from different markets, continents, and cultural perspectives. The ownership structure and composition of the board will be regulated through separate agreements and the necessary legal processes to ensure long-term development and support the business going forward.

Private individuals may become members of the Cashmere Lovers Founders’ Club. If DCC later establishes a separate investment structure, private individuals may have the opportunity to invest through a fund or SPV that brings together several investors. Larger family offices and long-term industrial owners may be considered separately as direct strategic investors. Membership in the Founders’ Club is not an investment and does not provide any automatic right to participate in a future capital-raising process.

A fund or SPV may bring together several private investors and act as a single shareholder in Cashmere House Limited. This creates a clearer ownership structure and consolidated administration, while giving DCC access to capital, networks, and expertise from several investors. Any such structure will be established in accordance with applicable financial and legal requirements.

The Cashmere Lovers Founders’ Club is the membership community associated with CashmereHouse.com and serves as a bridge between private individuals and the development of DCC. The club allows members to follow developments, participate in the community, and receive selected membership benefits through CashmereHouse.com. Membership is not an investment and provides neither shares nor any automatic right to participate in a future capital-raising process for Cashmere House Limited. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, in addition to the subscription and ordering terms.

Strategic partners may contribute capital, industry expertise, technology, production capacity, logistics, distribution, and access to new markets. They may also strengthen DCC through international networks and long-term expertise. The objective is to select partners who add more to the ecosystem than financing alone.

Any capital-raising process will be separate from the Cashmere Lovers Founders’ Club and will be conducted in accordance with applicable Irish and European legislation. The ownership structure, investor requirements, information obligations, KYC/AML procedures, shareholder rights, and other terms will be determined before any investment opportunity is opened. The information on this page is general in nature and does not constitute an offer or an invitation to invest. An Irish private limited company may normally have a maximum of 149 members. This is a company-law limit and must not be confused with the prospectus-rules exemption for offers addressed to fewer than 150 persons per member state. The ownership structure is therefore planned around four clearly defined ownership groups. This is intended to limit the number of direct shareholders, clarify roles, and create a more manageable and professionally organised ownership structure. The final model must be reviewed and approved by Irish legal and financial advisers before it is established.
